For members accessing hoki69 from a new device or a different location, our security system may request additional verification via SMS OTP as an extra layer of protection. This is a standard security measure that ensures your account cannot be accessed by unauthorized parties even if your password is known by someone else.
Hoki69 also supports the "Remember Me" feature, which keeps you logged in on your personal device for several days without needing to re-enter your password each time. However, we recommend against using this feature on a device shared with others.
Security Tip: Always log out of your hoki69 account after each session, especially when using a public device or shared computer. This helps protect your account and credit balance from unauthorised access.
A complete login guide for hoki69 — for both new and existing users. Follow these simple steps to access your account:
Open your web browser and visit the official hoki69 website, or launch the hoki69 app on your smartphone. Always use the official site to avoid phishing pages attempting to steal your login credentials.
The Login button is located at the top right of the hoki69 website. Click it to open the login panel. You will be given the option to log in using your phone number or username.
Enter your Malaysian phone number (+60) or the username you used when registering, then enter your password. Make sure Caps Lock is off when typing your password as it is case-sensitive.
Click the "Login Now" button and you will be taken directly to your account homepage. If this is a new device, an OTP code will be sent to your phone number for additional verification. Enter the code and access will be granted within seconds.
Forgetting a password happens to everyone. hoki69 provides a simple and secure password recovery process so you can regain access to your account without any unnecessary delay.
To recover your hoki69 password, click the "Forgot password?" link on the login panel. The system will ask for the Malaysian phone number you used when registering. A six-digit OTP code will be sent to that number via SMS within seconds.
Enter the OTP code received into the field provided, then set your new password. Your new password must contain at least 8 characters with a combination of letters and numbers to ensure your account's security. Once your new password is set, you can log in with it immediately.
If you do not receive the SMS OTP within 2 minutes, make sure your phone has a strong signal and request the OTP code again. If the issue persists, contact the hoki69 customer support team via Live Chat, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Hoki69 uses the latest security technology to ensure your account and funds are always protected. Every login session is secured with international banking-grade 256-bit SSL encryption that prevents any data interception attempts.
Hoki69's suspicious activity detection system operates automatically and continuously. If the system detects a login attempt from a new location or unusual activity, your account will be temporarily locked and a security notification will be sent to your phone number automatically.
